SAT Registration and Test Dates 2024

The SAT is conducted seven times a year, and is normally held in the first week of the month on Saturday. SAT Registration schedule and test dates for year 2024 are given below with deadlines and late submission deadlines. You can choose the test date which suits you the best, but keep in mind that the test dates should not coincide or be within a month range of your school exams.

You must target a minimum of 1300 SAT score for competitive colleges, as it is considered a good score. For Ivy League colleges, your SAT Score must be above 1450. So if your score is below this range, you can plan to retake the test according to the following SAT Schedule.

SAT Score are released normally after 13 days of test date, and colleges receive your score 10 days after the score release. A detailed schedule of SAT Score release dates is available here.

SAT Dates and Deadlines 2024

Generally, College Board offers more test in fall than in summer. This is because most of the students target fall admissions. All test dates are on conducted on Saturdays, but if you have genuine issue like religious activities you can choose alternate Sunday test option.
