This program covers tuition (plus up to $400/year in fees) for eligible high-demand certificate/associate programs, with no GPA or income basis and no essay required - but it doesn't cover prerequisite coursework and caps at 60 credit hours. MCTC carries the lowest tuition in Kentucky alongside articulated 2+2 transfer agreements to Kentucky's public four-year universities. Students should identify their target transfer university early and sequence general education coursework to that specific articulation agreement, rather than taking a generic transfer track and hoping it aligns later.
