Sohaib Ahmad Khan is a highly trusted career counselor and admissions guide with 18 years of experience helping students make informed academic and career decisions. A specialist in Educational Data Science, he holds a MS Degree in Computer Science, specializing in complex data modelling and predictive analytics. Over nearly two decades, he has supported thousands of learners in choosing the right degrees, preparing competitive application profiles, and securing admissions in leading national and international universities.

Prof. Dr. Waseem Haider
Dr. Waseem Haider currently serves as a Professor of Mechanical and Materials Engineering at Central Michigan University, where he balances his time between high-level research and teaching the next generation of engineers.
Having spent years mentoring students at the university level, Dr. Waseem understands that the journey to studying abroad is about more than just a visa or an admission letter, it’s about finding the right fit for a student’s long-term goals. He provides the kind of honest, clear-cut guidance he knows students need when navigating scholarships, funding, and academic planning.
His own educational journey took him from a BS in Turkey to an MS in Finland, and finally to a PhD in the United States, giving him a first-hand understanding of what it’s like to navigate different academic cultures.

Direct Faculty Insights: As a sitting professor, he knows exactly what makes an application stand out to a committee. He helps students move beyond generic advice to understand the specific details—like how to approach a professor or how to frame a research interest—that lead to fully funded opportunities.
Digital Mentorship: Dr. Waseem maintains an active community of over 11,000 students on social media, where he regularly hosts “Ask Me Anything” sessions and shares success stories. He has mentored students who secured fully funded PhDs and Master’s programs, often directly after a Bachelor’s degree.

John Klich, Ph.D.
John graduated from Yale University with honors in Chemical Engineering and later earned his MS and PhD in Bioengineering from Stanford University. He has worked across several fields, including biology, materials science, drug delivery, and immunology, and has written or contributed to 11+ research papers and three patents. He has presented his work at major conferences and received several awards from both Yale and Stanford.
For the past nine years, John has been helping students with mentorship and education planning. He guides students in writing strong personal stories, building meaningful projects, and applying to top universities. His students have started nonprofits, published research, and joined well-known programs like BU RISE, BWSI, and the Senate Page Program. They’ve been accepted to leading universities such as Yale, Stanford, Harvard, UPenn, Dartmouth, Cornell, Duke, UC Berkeley, UCLA, and many others.
John is committed to helping students understand their goals, make smart academic choices, and grow as confident and capable learners.

Jay Wong
Jay is an experienced admissions consultant with over ten years of helping students get into the most competitive colleges and medical schools in the country. He has guided high school students to all eight Ivy League schools, as well as Stanford, MIT, and many other top universities. He also works closely with medical school applicants, with students accepted to places like Yale, Columbia, NYU, University of Michigan, Northwestern, Mount Sinai, and University of Pittsburgh.
Jay is especially known for helping students create strong and creative capstone projects—such as new product ideas, opinion pieces, community programs, storytelling projects, and social entrepreneurship efforts. He helps students express their voices clearly and honestly while presenting their best academic and personal strengths.
Jay is a Gates Millennium Scholar, a high school valedictorian, and a 99+% SAT scorer. He was accepted to several Ivy League universities and attended Yale University on a full merit scholarship, graduating with distinction in Molecular, Cellular & Developmental Biology. He also completed Mandarin studies through Harvard’s HBA program and Japanese studies through Stanford’s IUC program. During his time at Yale, he performed as a magician, led the Yale Magic Society as president, and worked as a student admissions ambassador.
