You must meet with an Academic Advisor after general admission, review program-specific prerequisites and test scores, and get their signature on a Restricted Enrollment Program Change Form - skipping this step means you're 'in' at Schoolcraft but cannot register for your program's core courses.

Unlike Schoolcraft's rolling general admission, the AAS Registered Nursing program admits one cohort per year at the start of a specific term, while the CNA pathway admits several times a year. If your goal is the RN track, work backward from that single annual entry point for prerequisite completion rather than assuming you can start whenever you're ready, the way you could with general coursework.

Nursing courses at Schoolcraft must be taken in strict sequence, and progression to the next course requires a minimum grade of 80% in the one before it.
