Nash CC runs two different doors into electric line work: the open-enrollment "Electric Line Academy," a 16-week hands-on program built with the NC Association of Electric Cooperatives (its largest class ever hit 75 students this year), and a separate for-credit Associate in Applied Science in Electric Line Construction Technology, which is restricted to students already employed by a utility or co-op.
