High school students can be admitted as "Early Entrance" students, but only if recommended by their own school's officials - a family interested in this should start with a conversation with the high school counselor or principal, not directly with Eastern's admissions office.

Eastern's open-door policy governs institutional admission, but the school explicitly notes that general admission doesn't guarantee eligibility for courses with prerequisites or programs with limited seats and their own minimum entrance requirements - a student targeting a specific competitive program should confirm those requirements exist and are met before assuming open admission covers everything.

Anyone not fitting the other four categories, including foreign nationals, is classified as "Conditional" and evaluated individually by the Registrar, who then communicates specific requirements - this is a real, functioning pathway for a non-traditional applicant, not a rejection track, and should be explained as such.
