Miller-Motte College-Chattanooga Acceptance Rate, GPA, and Admission Requirements

All applicants except CDL-track students must take the SmarterMeasure Learning Readiness Indicator and score at least 65% on the Individual Attributes section before enrollment is finalized. This isn't a competitive cutoff so much as a diagnostic; students who score below 65% are routed into a Technology for Success orientation first. Surgical Technology is the one program at this campus requiring the Wonderlic Scholastic Level Exam (SLE) with a minimum score of 18 - but that requirement is waived for anyone who already holds an associate's degree or higher and can submit proof. Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A training is licensed separately through the Tennessee Department of Safety & Homeland Security and is exempt from the SmarterMeasure exam that every other program requires - and Miller-Motte's own materials flag that its CDL/driving-institute track is not Title IV-eligible for federal financial aid.
