Note as of late May 2026: Hampshire's president disclosed that financial resources to complete the teach-out semester remain contingent on securing additional funding - a philanthropic loan was announced in June 2026 to cover operations, but the situation warrants staying in close contact with the college and having a transfer plan ready regardless. After December 31, 2026, transcripts and academic records will be held at UMass Amherst.
