Sierra's Associate Degree for Transfer (ADT) guarantees admission to the CSU system with junior standing upon completion, provided students meet CSU's minimum GPA requirements. This eliminates the competitive uncertainty of regular transfer admission and allows students to complete the baccalaureate degree in 60 additional CSU units.
